What is included in an i-Care device?

An i-Care robot comprises of a Base station, Tablet, Power Adapter, and an Emergency Button

How to set up my i-Care device?

Placed the Tablet on the Base station. A “click” sound can be heard after the Tablet is securely docked.
Insert the Connection Cable into the Jack which is located at back of the Tablet.
Insert the Power Adapter Cable into the Power Connector which can be found in the Base Station.
Switch on the Power Adapter Switch
Responding Light will blink after the above mentioned steps are completed

How to add Friend via i-Care?

Click the lower right icon of my Friend List interface
A Pop-Up Box will be displayed. Enter the corresponding phone number in the Pop-Up Box. OR;
Enter the corresponding i-Care Device Number which can be found at the bottom of the Base station
Once all the details are keyed in, click the submit button
